Choosing to take care of yourself is not selfish. There is nothing wrong with taking care of other people, but you have to remember that you are a human being who needs love and care, too. If you cannot find that from other people, then you have to provide it for yourself. Never forget to spend time to think of yourself because your health is the number one thing you should prioritize.
