Dee's Mission
Dee is committed to providing body, soul, and artistic care for those ready to embark on a journey of personal growth, healing, and transformation. Through writing, wellness practices, and creative expression, she cultivates supportive spaces where individuals can release, rebuild, and rise — grounded in purpose, strengthened by community, and anchored in hope.
Her “Passion-Filled Spaces” are infused with the Time, Energy, and Attention (T.E.A.) each soul needs to develop strategic focus, emotional resilience, and intentional growth.
Dee’s journey to this mission is deeply personal. She has been writing in Writer’s Notebooks since her first year of teaching in 2004. In 2016, after a pre-diabetes diagnosis, she entered the fitness world through Shape Up NYC, which sparked her wellness journey and inspired her fitness persona, TriniGirl. Although TriniGirl holds an essential place in her evolution, this offering is currently paused as Dee prioritizes her health in this season.
In 2019, Dee transformed her commitment to writing, healing, and the arts into Dee’s Passion Filled Experience, L.L.C. Today, she curates transformative spaces and shares her T.E.A. with others, offering body, soul, and artistic care rooted in authenticity, faith, and purpose.
As her path has expanded, so has her mission. What began with women’s wellness has evolved to encompass youth development, literacy, and SEL-based consulting, creative publishing support, and empowerment programs for individuals and communities seeking growth and transformation. Dee welcomes all who are ready to undertake the heart-and-soul work required to heal, rise, and live with intention.
