I've been struggling with my emotions this week and my sis-star sent me the above quote that she created this morning. In that moment I realized that the pain and frustration that I was feeling this week was purposeful. It was a reminder for me that I can't stop all of life's pain because it fuels my passion for the life I was created to live. There is is much more for us in this life and we owe it to ourselves to see and claim it in Jesus' name. We were created for greatness and must not settle for less. We are the head and not the tail and we must carry ourselves as such. It is time to refocus our time and energy on the things and people in our life who are feeding our mind, body and spirit. It is time to re-evaluate our inner circle knowing that right now we need people in our life who will hold us accountable while supporting us on our journey. Questions of the day:What areas of your life is filled with pain? How can you embrace that pain and turn it into passion and divine purpose? Do you have a support circle? Identify each person and the gifts and support that they are bringing to your life journey. Self WorkGet your Writer's Notebook out and write down the path that you want to take in your life. Write down the things and people you will encounter on the journey. Write down the decisions that you will make. Write down the expenses and know that they are paid in full. Write down the vision and then run with it; knowing that if it came from inside of you, it was placed there by the creator. God has a purpose for our lives and it is to bless us not to harm us!!! Embrace the pain and transform it into passion.

Affirm your day: Positive statements are a great way to ignite power within your day while rejecting negativity. 3.
