Falling out of love

When it comes to love, we usually think about the people that we love. However, after waking up from my needed nap today, I realized that I am wasting a lot of my time with some things that I love that I shouldn't be loving right now. There are many days when I spend hours on social media scrolling through pages only to realize that I am wasting time daydreaming instead of taking care of my own business. And you know like I do that time waits for no one. I have so much to do so that I will be ready for my harvest season and I can't afford to waste another minute. It's time for me to refocus and to fall out of love with some things in my life. I am inviting you to detox with Dee too. Hours upon hours
The time keeps on going
My phone, attached to my hands
My eyes following the glow that keeps me scrolling
I cannot seem to stop this waste of  my time
Daydreaming about their lives while I’m still stuck in my mind

I really don't know what else I can do
To make me put down my phone and make my own dreams come through

I’ve planted many seeds
But now I feel stuck
Every minute that I get, I’m scrolling as soon as I get my phone unlocked

I know what you’re thinking
I can’t continue this way
How will I end up on Oprah’s couch?
if I can’t put my phone away

I need to get focused
I’m going to push my way through
I’m going to turn my phone off
And do what I have to do!!!
