Do you still believe?

I was conversing with someone who shared that he felt that Samson couldn't slay 3000 men as told in The Bible. He didn't believe it was possible. I told him it was possible because God's power was on Samson and his weapon. He asked if that was true, where is the power of God today? I had a follow-up conversation with my spiritual mother about this on Saturday, and she told me that the power of God is still there, but God has left many of his people momentarily because they no longer believe in Him alone. We live in a world where a lot of mixing is happening, and God is a very jealous God, "For you shall worship no other god for the Lord whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God." (Exodus 34:14) We have taken God off the throne of our hearts and placed substitutes for His Majesty there. ​God is not pleased, but He is still God, and He is looking for the remnant who still believes in His power and authority and is ready to submit to radical humility and obedience. This is not a season to be lukewarm, for the devil is roaming around like a roaring lion seeking to devour the children of God, who are walking around the earth in misalignment. 

Don't give up on God because He won't give up on you! 
Choose Him today and let him order your steps that will lead you to victory in Jesus' name and by the power of His Holy Spirit. 

You can choose to live this life without him, but only God knows why He created you. God will lead you to the place where your soul (mind, emotions, and will) can find the peace that surpasses all of your understanding and misunderstandings :)
