Creating Balance From Within

Finding balance comes from within.... I'm searching for balance. I've searched high and low, but I still struggle today, trying to determine the people and things that I should hold on to and the ones I should let go. I keep hearing the word REST in my spirit as I push and try to flow. I just wish that creating balance came with a map, for if it did I would quickly follow. However, as much as I seek while hoping to find rest, my inner voice keeps whispering the battlefield begins in your mind and your life is a test. The light that you search for, shines brightly within and if you would look inside instead of outward, you will surely win....
