What does playing full out really mean to me? 
I had some time (since taking a break from social media:) to really reflect on this question. Playing full out means going beyond my fears; entering into an atmosphere where there are no boundaries that can stop me from fulfilling my God ordained destiny. It means moving beyond my now and stepping boldly into the life that I was created to live.  When I play full out, I embrace my passions and gifts while depositing seeds of inspiration to the people I encounter daily. It is the knowing in my heart that shouts, "If I don't make it, someone else won't make it either."

Identifying the distractions in your life is the first step to living full out.  So what exactly can be classified as a distraction? A distraction is a behavior, habit, choice, person, place or event that doesn't serve you in your current stage of life. This distraction (whatever form it possesses) takes you away from your assignment and your ability to fulfill your destiny here on earth.
