Between the lines of a book
Inside the meal created by your favorite cook
In the words of a song you heard on the radio
On your yoga mat, seated inside the studio
On an ice cream cone covered with sprinkles
Hanging with a sis-star friend who knows how to mingle
On a blank page inside your WNB
On the court, ball in your hand, feeling light and free
On the track
In the park
In the morning
Or in the dark
You can find it whenever you choose to slow down and be still
Your breath will be waiting to help you breathe and accept God's will.
