The relationships with her two daughters and numerous students provide a myriad of interactions that make her ponder and grow. Michele loves to dance, her Peloton bike, reading romance novels, and cuddling on the couch with her husband.

Thank you for sharing this! Beautifully written and I can relate. This reminded me to stop and give myself some self-compassion instead of the self-defeating statements that creep in.
