Denice Melisha Martin- Thompson aka Dee
Denice "Dee" Melisha Martin-Thompson is a writer, educator, and visionary committed to building transformative spaces where healing and authorship intersect.
Through literacy development, creative expression, and soul-centered strategy, she equips individuals and communities to process, rebuild, and rise — grounded in purpose and strengthened by intentional action.
Her work began in the classroom in 2004 and has since evolved into a multi-layered ecosystem that includes creative publishing, SEL-based consulting, youth development, and nonprofit leadership.
In 2019, she formally established Dee’s Passion Filled Experience, LLC, expanding her commitment to writing, healing, and the arts into structured programs and community initiatives.
Her early wellness journey, including the TriniGirl season, cultivated discipline and embodied resilience that continue to inform her leadership today.
As her path expanded, so did her mission.
She now serves as the Founder and Executive Director of H.O.P.E. (Helping Overlooked People Evolve), a nonprofit dedicated to literacy, mentorship, movement, and soul care for youth and young adults.
Across every lane, her work is rooted in one belief:
Healing is not the end goal. Evolution is.
